If your city is not on the list

The markets above are where we work most often, not a boundary. The operation travels anywhere in the country: stock ships ahead where the venue can receive it, crew flies or drives in, and the program runs the way it would at home. What does not change is the arithmetic. Travel is the same flat $900 allowance wherever it applies, so a quote for Denver reads the same as a quote for Chicago and there is no mileage or per-diem math buried in it. Staffing is $250 an hour for the first station and $125 an hour for each additional one, setup and teardown included, in every market on this page. The event minimum is $3,000 in Orange County, LA and San Diego, and $4,500 anywhere we travel to. What genuinely differs city to city is the load-in — docks, unions, freight elevators, seasonal windows — which is why each page above is about the local realities rather than a list of venues.
